To Whom it May Concern:We received the details of the complaint presented by [redacted] We saw [redacted] for a cleaning and examThe insurance that was presented at the time was terminated as of March Once we realized that, someone from our office called him to let him know and it was noted that he would calf us back with updated informationWe have [redacted] info on file as a "non-patient" because the assumed insurance was under his name as primary holderOur practice software automatically made him as the guarantor on the account, which is why the bill came in his nameBecause we had not heard back from [redacted] after attempts, we sent a bill to prompt him to call us with the informationWhen [redacted] did call to inquire about the bill, the reception wasn't able to retrieve the necessary information from him because he was upsetSince then, we have received the updated insurance information and the claim has been sent to the insurance company for paymentWe do not expect [redacted] *** to have a bill of any sortsIf he does, we have no problem to write it off as a courtesyhonestly believe this issue was a big misunderstanding, [redacted]

When [redacted] did call to inquire about the bill, the reception wasn't able to retrieve the necessary information from him because he was upset. Since then, we have received the updated insurance information and the claim has been sent to the insurance company for payment. We do not expect [redacted] to have a bill of any sorts.
