Fenster has a web page [redacted] On this page the claim they can help customers with Vetter window parts and repair. Vetter went out of business after 150 Years.
Fenster's online sales page is long, detailed and time consuming. I asked for help in getting a “Vetter Double Hung Window Bottom Rail Weather Strip”.
After taking an hour to fill out the form and look at their catalogue I sent in my request for an estimate.

I am convinced they are involved in false advertising.
