Feng's Dry Cleaning

Review: I had two dresses sent here for drycleaning services. When I went to unwrap the dresses and pack them for a trip, I noticed that both of the two dresses were completely ruined. The first dress had been brought in for a small, blue ink stain. However, upon unwrapping it, the dress had been stained yellow all down the front and back and was made unwearable. The retail value of this Alice & Olivia dress is $325. The second dress was a white Herve Leger dress, which retails for north of $1300. When I picked it up there were blue stains all over it, especially the back. Upon discovering the damage to both dresses, I brought them to the dry cleaner where the man working the counter was apologetic and said that he would have the owner call me. She called me and accused me of being a liar and claimed that I brought the dresses in in that state. This is completely false. She also just kept yelling at me over the phone, not letting me finish my sentences, and telling me I was the reason my clothing was destroyed. She said there was nothing she would do and I would have to trust she was correct.Desired Settlement: What should have been done here, was an apology, then an attempt to salvage the dresses. Should this not have worked, I would have expected at the very least an apology and replacement. There is no reason I should be punished or yelled at because a dry cleaner ruined my dresses.
