Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Their response is full of inaccuracies, excuses, and outright lies and not one single apology We didn't ask for a call, we were promised one We were called after the driver had been here (without a call, without any attempt to let us know the driver was here), the employee who called was rude, unprofessional, brusque, unhelpful and accusatoryWe asked for a supervisor and were told she was it; periodNow there were two people working at that time?I have paragraphs of complaints about the rudeness, lack of respect and professionalism, but realize spelling them all out does nothing but upset me This company doesn't appear to care how a CUSTOMER was treated only that they still are accredited by the Revdex.com Perhaps they should read their online reviews and complaints ( [redacted] reviews for example) to show this is a well known and documented problem with this employee The don't want to acknowledge the problem, fine We know a WHOLE lot of people Regards, [redacted]
