Review: Ordered a specific part and they shipped a different part. Acknowledged that they shipped wrong part but claimed that it was compatible. Part was not compatible and was significantly cheaper. I am not able to use wrong parts. Will not return phone calls or emails regarding an exchange or refund.Desired Settlement: Due to lack of communication I refuse to accept an exchange now. I would like a complete refund and I will ship items back.

Review: I purchased two items on May 12 2014 from fence traders.com I never received these orders and I also cancelled the order on May 22 2014. Fence trader.com debited my account and has not refunded any of our money or contacted us in any way after several attempts have been made over the phone and emails sent to sales@fence traders.com.
