We did received Ms*** complaint in August of 2015, and responded that it would be looked at and be repaired when in the areaShe did get pushed back several times due to scheduling issues but on November we sent our installer to take care of her issues which he replaced her
handle with a new one and adjusted her gates back to working order,installer also left his number if she ever has a another problem call him directlyMs *** was happy with the service and everything is in working order.Thank You 11/13/
