Review: My husband and I contracted with Fences Etc. Inc. on 7/15/13 to install a driveway gate. We paid a deposit of $1400 on or near that date ([redacted]). The contract notes that installation would be performed 6-8 weeks from day of deposit received. Fences Etc. has never shown to perform the work. We have called repeatedly and been told "my men were out there this morning" or "the work will be done by the end of the week". Neither we nor our full time babysitter, who is at the house all day, have ever seen a work crew ,nor do we, 5 months from the deposit and contract date, have a new driveway gate.Desired Settlement: Most desired: 1/ immediate fulfillment of the contracted work, with installation of driveway gate of the quality and workmanship expected.Second choice: 2/ immediate refund of the $1400 deposit.
