the customer appears unwilling to accept that we had a contract that detailed what was to be done, and an amount for that the amount was not 'per item specific, it was based on a minimum labor charge of $and then materials, equipment etc this labor minimum includes travel etc there was a post that our contract stated we would 'repair' the set post, and the customer then demanded we 'replace it'since replacement was not on the contract and costs more money which the customer was unwilling to paywe pulled off now the customer is essentially demanding some of the 'minimum labor' charge refunded But that was not the agreement nor is it policy to do ANY work for less than our minimum labor I think that makes sense, that's why we have a minimum we offered a refund based on how we were charging and he is unhappy
Customer is not stating all the details which are pertinent. More work was done on the original contract, he was contacted , and time is money
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: There was no additional work done other than what I originally
statedThey said they could send the guy out again and I told them no that he caused a bigger issue with my front gate and I would find someone else to complete the workThey have not been back to my property since the initial visit and I'm choosing to go with someone else since their employee choose to say he did more work than he did.
Sincerely,
