[redacted] & his team installed my residential board on board wood fence Although I was pleased with their work ethic and service I would have liked to see a tighter overlap of boardsSince it was a narrow overlap, some nails missed the boards I identified a few of these and [redacted] returned to renail those I have renailed and maintained the fence since then Two weeks ago a tree fell and damaged the fenceI immediately called to schedule a repair and maintenence appointment [redacted] returned my call with a voicemail I responded with a voicemail specifying the extent of the repair (hoping to save him valuable administrative time) After leaving additional brief, polite messages NO ONE has responded Although told at installation that I could depend on them for repairs and maintenance that is obviously untrue I suppose my small job is inconsequential to them Perhaps I should have kept my initial thousands and gone with a more dependable companyTo be fair I will make another post if they finally return my calls
