Sorry for the delay in responseI did not have your contact informationI would like the opportunity to respond to the complaint ID #***We did install a fence for the *** at their residenceOur disclaimer states that we are not liable for any underground irrigationHowever, as a
favor, I did turn Mr*** on to my employee and he agreed to pay my employee to fix the irrigation linesThat job was between them at that pointThey worked out a plan to get it fixedI don't feel that Fence Design is liable in this case, but to show that I am an honest business man I am willing to refund $as that employee is no longer working for Fence Design and the matter will be considered closed
