I am rejecting this response because: they did not issue a full refund. I was charged $19.87 in August and again today. They issued a refund for $13.95 - I believe this is for an order than never shipped. appreciate that refund but they have not refunded my membership nor assured me that it is really cancelled (I've now canceled my membership three times!)
