An employee from this company came into my yard stepping and damaging a tree
Ace Fence decks and patios and regards to actually coming into my yard without my permission damaging a tree in my flower bed and then your your employee lying saying he didn't when I can point him out. There is also a couple chunks of Woody in my flower bed and I have pictures of all this to prove it as well. I can also take the shoe prints that is in my flower bed and match it with employee.I have also wood in my flower bed. Is this how they conduct business, I hope not.

Also I called on Monday April 16th and I was told that I was going to get a call back I never received a call back now I called today the 18th of April I never got a straight answer and I was hung up on so now we have a issue I wish to get this resolved as quick as possible

An employe damaged a tree on my property and this needs to be taken care of, I expect to receive a phone call by the 20th of April in regards to how you're going to handle this matter

I just returned the call back to your office at 3:45 pm and I was told I would get a money order in two weeks I think that's a little odd and a little suspicious to me. You or your office manager send people money orders I suggest that you check into this matter because something just not quite right here
