I had an issue where the gas pedal on my car fell to the floor. I used to go to the dealership but my car is recently out of warranty so I looked up Felix on the Revdex.com.org site. I called Felix's and they were able to tow my car in less than 30 minutes. They were able to order an aftermarket part which saved me a few hundred dollars (the dealership would have replaced the whole assembly). The towing was cheap and the most expensive part of the bill was the part itself.
Felix towed the car himself and he is a friendly and polite gentleman with an great attitude and went out of his way to help me out. I'll be going back to Felix's again if I never need to have any repairs again.
I went there a few weeks ago and charged $15.00 in gas with my debit card . I was told by my bank that I am 14.00 off . I went thru each transaction I have made btw then and now and I added all my tranactions twice. I have kept all my receipts . Turns out , [redacted] charged me twice for the same thing and I only made that one purchase. When I went there to talk to the [redacted] , he accused me of lying and my bank of lying . I let him make a copy of my receipt. He said I don't know how to add cause they have been in business over 40 years. I have been a loyal customer and do not deserve this . He said let me check the books and he would call me when and if he finds the mistake. I still have yet to hear from him and he showed no compassion. I would like my refund of 15 dollars and an apology. Please get back to me when it is possible . I do not think a loyal customer should be treated this way .Product_Or_Service: Gas Desired SettlementI want my money back and The [redacted] should be fired . I will no longer be going there . Business' Initial Response So sorry your bank is telling you, we charged you twice. If you can provide documentation supporting this I will be more than willing to refund you the $15.00 dollars. We have checked our records for the date 7/25/13 and only show one transaction for $15.00 dollars for the card ending in [redacted].
