he came out more expensive than the other bids I had and was a nightmare to deal withcorrections then correctionsIt took forever to get his plans to pass the city approvalHe actually had me pay an engineer because he said I needed an engineer stampWhich turned out to be a lieThe city told me "why did u get an engineer?".OMG!!
Do not pay in full until you are done with you project!!
I paid in full and then when there was problems with his plansI called him to fix it and he told me he was too busyHe told me he already got paid its my problem nowstay away!!!
