Felix Appliance Repair

I had an issue with my dryer. My warranty company had a large well known company come out to repair it. After 5 recall visits and various parts replaced, the issue remained unresolved. The technician talked down to me and basically told me I was imagining the problem. My warranty company then had Felix Appliance Repair come out for a second opinion. They were fantastic. They believed me and did not stop until they figured out the problem. They even contacted me to follow up throughout the process. I highly recommend Felix Appliance Repair!

It is Jan. 7, 2019 and my refrigerator stopped running over the weekend. It ran but at low temp. One of our friends looked up some repair companies for us to call. He gave me a few numbers but told me to call Felix repair because they had a high rating.
I called and was told the repair tech would return my call. He called back and said he would be here.this pm Shortly after he called and said he finished earlier than expected so he came over. .He is very professional and friendly. Sorry to hear about our refrigerator problem. He knew immediately seeing the frost on our back freezer wall what the problem was. He explained everything he had to do. We said ok and in a short period of time it was fixed.
I would definately recommend his company to all my neighbors, friends and relatives *** DZ
