After years of working at a desk, my neck & shoulders finally gave out. I couldn’t rotate my neck, my posture was awful and I was in pain. While complaining to a friend, she referred me to Farzin Feiz who had worked with her in the past. I met Farzin, who completed an assessment of my overall condition and areas that would benefit from exercise and massage. We agreed to a program to increase my mobility/flexibility and have now moved on to strength training. With my increased flexibility and body awareness I am able to continue working at the office without pain, as well as a higher performance on the golf course.
