This gentlemen called me today to say that his card was charged $149.00.  I looked into the account and found that someone had placed an order using a fraudulent credit card.  We investigated the order and found that the order was fraudulent so we did NOT authorize the charge and cancelled...

the order.  What this gentlemen is seeing on his credit card is a pre-authorization, not a charge.  His credit card was NOT charged.
