Review: I was low income last years heating oil season and was approved for Liheap oil credit in the amount of $1,000. After receiving $600 worth of oil in Feb 2014. After joining the military I was in boot camp and rate training ("A" school) finally was able to call them to send the credit oil of $400 to my parents house because it is my official address and will be there for a one month leave visit. I was told that the person still living at my old address, a cousin of mine, had ordered oil and received my oil credit plus $7??? After calling Fegleys oil they said theres nothing they could do because it was the same address and somehow he was falsely added to my account on the account. THANKS FOR HELPING OUT YOUR COUNTRY'S SERVICE MEMBERS. I guess that's how they thanked a vet for today!!!Desired Settlement: I would like them to charge him and credit myself. Not add people to other people's account just because of the address!
