She looks at the mirror and she said she loves her hair but next day she called me back saying she didn't like the color hair and I told her you chose your own color and she said she still don't like it and I told her if you want me to fix it you will have to pay again because it wasn't my fault and then she said again we braided too far down and I told her you told us to braided far down that's why we charge you $20 extra. She started screaming and cursing. I always make sure my clients leave the shop with satisfaction because they will always bring me more clients. She gave us hard time that day and she wasn't the only customer there and everybody else was looking at her.Fefe's hair braiding[redacted]

After reading it. It never said about resolve the problem. She are not tell the truth .she had collect the $220.00 dollars. Then left the shop to go pick up her childrens. She was not there when my hair got finished. I did not pick my hair out. I told her do she got color 30. Which look like a peanut butter color. But there's was another women there who got the hair.
They had my back facing The mirror the hole time. I could not see it till it was done. I am a church going women and a corrections officer. I don't appreciate being lie on.I have not once disrespect not one single person. When I was there in her business. But I should had walk out .when I seen Mrs.Fefe disrespecting a customer. I should had never took my money there. I strongly feel like Mrs.Fefe don't care about her customer because if she did. I would never had to contact better businesses to try to solve this. But since she was so unprofessional. I didn't had no others choices. 220.00 dollars is a lots of money to just give away to a person who didn't made an effort to solve the problem. But try to escalate the problem by being very disrespectful and hanging up on me.when I contact her about the issue that was at hand.
