I recently looked into purchasing a [redacted] from Feeny Dealership. After analyzing the vehicle and cost I decided to see if I would be approved for the vehicle. I provided my personal information needed to apply for a loan. However, did not authorize my credit to be run the 6 different times the company ran it. I submitted a complaint to the company and they responded with a generic email stating it was to get me "the best rate" and it was signed by "management", no name. I know from personal experience and line of work I'm in, that once a credit report is ran, that same report is to be used for any other credit inquiries for the same purpose within 30 days of initial pull of report without a negative impact on my credit (hard inquiry). I have proof that Feeny ran and reported on my credit resulting in 6 hard inquiries causing a drastic drop on my credit score! I would like this issue resolved asap as I am still in the market for a vehicle and have an inacurate credit score due to this unauthorized situation. Thank you!
