I never received my glasses, as I was promisedI had an eye exam in October 2012, I picked out my frame and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get my glasses back, the Dr stated his concern of my not having any glasses and my eye sight being so poor, he recommended some contacts until my glasses came in, which I purchased. after several calls to check on my glasses I was finally called in Feb 2013, and was told my frame was lost at the lab they send my frame, to come in a pick another frame. I went back again in March and waited again. When I called to check on my glasses I was told again my frame was never send out and that the new employee was fired. that once again I needed to pick out another frame. Since I had these 2 experience I decided to go elsewhere to have my prescription filled, when I ask for my prescription the Dr office is unable to find it. so I was told you are out of luck.Desired SettlementI am seeking a free eye exam, since the my insurance pays an exam every 2 years I will have to wait until October 2014 in order to get an eye exam. when the Dr specifically stated my vision needed attention ASAP. I tried talking to the owner and he told me he had nothing to do with what the Dr in his office did, I was basically out of luck, I told him why he doesn't have a sign stating that the Eye Dr are separate from the glass wear he said get out of my STORE.
