I had a terrible experience with the billing department at this office Twice they refused to refund my over payment stipulating that they needed to keep it until the insurance company acted on the claim That way they would be sure to get their money Now for the first offense they never sent me a bill stating that I owed them that money they just kept it The second time it happened I lost all patience and after threatening a Revdex.com investigation they gave me back my over payments, although it took a significant part of my day and it involved much arguing The billing department is unorganized and inefficient
