Review: Due to the snow storm last week, I was stuck in NYC since the trains on the MetroNorth line were not running. Not only did I have to pay for a hotel to stay in the city, when I get back to my truck in the train lot in East Norwalk, CT the next day to find it was towed by Fedor Auto Body due to the snow (I have a monthly pass that I paid for to park there). When I got the truck back, it had major issues. This is a year old Chevy [redacted] truck in perfect condition - before they towed it. I brought it to my mechanic to see what was wrong and they informed me that they bent the drive shaft when they towed it which is costing me $803.87 to repair. When I called Fedor Auto Shop to discuss what happened, they were very rude, told me it was not their fault and to call my mother if I needed to whine to someone.Desired Settlement: They need to pay for the damage.
