Customer was informed that Zeiser Kia Wood River Wood River was not the selling dealer in which he purchased a service contract. The dealer was Zeiser Kia in St. Peters, MO which was sold to [redacted] Kia in 2014. As instructed by [redacted] they will cancel any [redacted] contract directly he was... given the phone number to start the process. When receiving this letter I contacted [redacted] and no cancellation was in process. I contacted ***, and they said I could mail him a cancellation form. I tried to contact Vernon twice, and left him a voice mail that I had been authorized to send a cancelation form for him to send into ***. That form was mailed out on 3/25/2016.
