The paper delivered on10/was apparently delivered by an employee who drove by to verify delivery and since the carrier still is not delivering my paper, one was left by the employeeTherefore the complaint is not resolved as far as delivery by the carrier; however, as long as delivery is verified for next 3-weeks I'm willing to wait to see if the carrier begins to deliver the paperIf not, I will request that the case be reopened
