Per our conversation regarding the Mr*** job, I plan to schedule a time in the next week to attempt to fix his roof leak on the garage I added to his home over two years agoI actually have returned to his home on a few occasions in the past to address problems, some of which were not a
result of anything I builtI did not charge for these visitsAs I told you, I have changed my employment to retail antiques since August of last year and I am not currently doing construction.I am not sure what the statue of limitations regarding the time frame of how long I should return to repair past jobsI will contact Mr*** and repair his problem to the best of my abilitiesI will however have to schedule at a time that I can be away from my current place of employment

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If we had had a response from MrFranklin this matter would have been resolved a long time ago. Through repeated phone calls to his cell phone that were never responded to, we did not know that he was no longer in the construction business. Thank you for your assistance in this matter
