From the complainant: Refund
A refund and a cancellation of our contract because they misrepresented
themselves, and what was really happening with my loan, this is isn't a special
program from the department of education like I thought, it is putting my
account in forbearance like a do by
myself for free since I can't pay off the
loan, the company did almost nothing but add dollars to my already
established loansPlease help me
