Review: The company required me to pay a fee of 499.00 and upon completion they are supposed to consolidate my student loans and give me a lower payment amount for my budget. I finished paying in September and I returned the forms they asked and I have not heard from them since and the number I had to contact them now says all circuits busy.Desired Settlement: I would like the money I paid back because its been three months since I finished paying and sending the forms in and I have not heard anything or received any paperwork saying my loans are consolidated. Also I don't have a way to contact them because all the other are not working now

Review: I requested the services of Federal Student Aid Relief to help me consolidate my student loans. At first, they were very attentive, very helpful and informative. I agreed to pay $499 for their services. I was to have received a letter from a student loan consolidation company regarding my new monthly payment. I have yet to receive this and its been nearly 90 days. It appears to me that Federal Student Aid Relief scammed me and took my $499 without providing any services. My loans have not been consolidated, and I am unable to reach anyone to see if any services will ever be provided. I have been trying periodically over 6 weeks to call their toll free #s, all of which take me to the same voice mail that is too full to leave a message. I have tried to contact [redacted] the [redacted] via phone and email to no avail.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $499.
Review: I was trying to find some help for consolidating my student loans and came across this website. I called the number and talked to a representative who seemed very helpful and legit. I have never been scammed before so there weren't any red flags for me. Everything seemed to make sense and so I signed the documents and agreed to pay the $500 for their help. I was almost done paying it off when my wages started getting garnished. I called them and explained what was happening and they apologized and told me there was nothing they could do to help me so they agreed to give me a refund, saying the money would be back in my account within 7-10 business days. That was on 5-**-14. It is now 10-**-14 and after numerous attempts to get a hold of someone, my calls are never returned. I will get my money back one way or another.Desired Settlement: I want my $500 back.

Review: They said they were a student loan consolidation company to help consolidate all my student loans into one monthly payment. They explained to me that I would make a monthly payment at a set amount based on my income that would be divided between each of my student loan companies and would keep my debt in good standing. They debited a larger amount of money from my checking account that I was originally quoted, and when I contacted the company for an explanation as to why, I was transferred to several different people who were unable to answer my questions. Finally after making several more attempts to receive answers, I spoke with a [redacted] who said it was an error on their end, and the money would be credited back into my checking account in 2-3 business days with an email confirmation. I never received an email from the company explaining why the charge was taken out, nor was the money credited back into my account. I called back again 3 days later after speaking with the [redacted] from the company, and talked to another person about my situation who gave me a contact number of another person to voice my concerns. The number I was given, was to my student loan company who informed me I was over 100 days past due on my loan payment. I explained to them I was using a consolidation company for my loans, and my student loan company said nothing has been paid to them. They also told me that that these consolidation companies have been fraudulent. I was advised to close out my checking account and file a complaint, and cancel my service with the consolidation company. I've made over 10 calls to cancel my service and have had no luck speaking with anyone. I've also filed a dispute with my bank for the funds that have been taken out.Desired Settlement: 700.00
