I never received anything for this debt collector so I would like this removed from my credit report
Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for forwarding the complaint of Ms. [redacted], this will serve as our official response to that complaint. In Ms. [redacted]'s complaint she alleges that she talked to our office on three separate occasions. We have investigated this allegation and have found it to be untrue....
However, we did receive a dispute letter in which we responded to within a timely matter. We also received and responded to several Credit Reporting disputes in which Ms. [redacted] acknowledged the original account. Federal Pacific Credit Company LLC, is a debt purchasing company who buys charged-off contracts and we understand that many consumers do not recognize having opened an account Federal Pacific Credit Company LLC, because of that. In Ms. [redacted] case her account originated with First Bank of Delaware (who also does business in the names of Mid American Bank & Trust (MABT) and Continental Finance.) We would like to help Ms [redacted] and are more than willing to offer Ms. [redacted] a great discount to resolve this account, she can contact our office to discuss the details at 1-866-552-1035.

I am rejecting this response because:I HAVE NOT ACKNOWLEDGED THIS DEBT. Be advised this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice that your claim is disputed and validation isrequested. Under the Fair Debt collection Practices Act (FDCPA), I have the right to request validationof the debt you say I owe you. I am requesting proof that I have a contract with you RE: Federal Pacific/debt
Sincerely,
[redacted]
In the dispute Ms. [redacted] made directly to the credit reporting agencies that was received on 1/23/2017, she states that she paid the original creditor before collection status or paid before charge-off. On 5/4/2017, she disputed the balances and amounts never the actual account. We have investigated these claims and have found no merit to them. If Ms. [redacted] can provide us documentation of these claims we will close the account and notify the credit reporting agencies. Under the Fair Debt collection Practices Act (FDCPA) section § 809, consumers have the right to request validation of the debt in writing within the thirty-day validation period. The initial written communication was sent to Ms. [redacted] 6/1/2015 and again on 6/26/2015. In addition to those letters three additional letters were mailed to Ms. [redacted] in which we have not received a response. If Ms. [redacted] would like to discuss this further we are willing to work with her
