To Whom it May Concern,Mr*** didn't end up going through our proper channels for the refund processWe have since contacted him and explained to him how he didn't meet the requirements to get a refund of his Processing/Training Deposit in which he signed an agreement toHowever, in wanting
to hopefully have him come back and work with our organization in the future we have submitted the refund for Mr***We of course wish him nothing but the best in his business en-devours and hope he reconsiders Federal Financial Group in the future.
