[redacted]. Please note that this complaint has been resolved.In the Complaint, customer claimed that he participated in an FECOM, Inc. (hereinafter "FECOM" or "[redacted]") survey in which [redacted] members would be paid $10 USD for their participation. Per the survey rules and terms, each member must fully participate and follow all instructions in order to be eligible for the $10 USD payment. Our records show that the customer neither uploaded a photo per instructions nor submitted the survey responses, and Was therefore deemed ineligible for the participation payment of $10 USD. [redacted] did, however, send the Customer $1 USD for his participation in a related Survey, in which he fully participated in per our terms and rules.To avoid further dispute, FECOM sent customer $10 USD on January 11, 2017 based on good faith that the Customer did attend the [redacted] event at [redacted]. Per [redacted] rules, the Customer has 30 days from January 11, 2017 to claim his funds from his [redacted] account.Should you have any questions, Please do not hesitate to contact [redacted] at [redacted].com.Please also note that [redacted] / [redacted].com is not the same Company as FECOM, Inc. / [redacted] is no longer in business.
