Review: In January, we purchased $700 worth of phones listed a brand new in box, from Feature Marketing. Upon receiving, we found that they were pre-owned, and all had password locks on them. We made many calls and emails and worked with Feature Marketing's technical team to try to bypass or reset the passwords. After several weeks, Feature marking instructed us to return the phones. All were returned with the plan of refunding us.
Several messages, telephone calls, emails, and many weeks later, we have been repeatedly told that the owner [redacted] would contact us, but he has not done so and the claim is that nobody else can further assist.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund of our purchase price o $700
