Feather River 4 Wheel Drive & Auto Service

I went to FR 4 Wheel to get a second opinion before having some expensive work that I was told I needed on my car by a dealer. My decision saved me several thousand dollars. Ken took care of me, ran the necessary tests, located my problem, which was not what I had previously been told, ordered the part and had my car ready later the next day. I found Ken very friendly, professional & honest, he did not try to sell me something I didn’t need (which he could have). This shop has knowledgeable mechanics. I was very comfortable with Ken & he earned this customers trust. I will definitely use this auto shop in the future & would recommend them without any hesitation.
