Dear Dr***, Today I received a complaint from the Arizona Revdex.com concerning a purchase you made from MrJason H*** at the American Academy of Ophthalmology meeting last November.In the complaint you list Mr *** as the authorized distributor for Tomey products for the
USA. First I would like to apologize for Jason’s behavior and assure you that CBD/Tomey USA and Tomey Corporation would never do what it appears Jason has doneNext I would like to explain that Jason is not the authorized Tomey distributor in the USA it is me and I have been for the past years with absolutely no complaints such as thisTomey Corporation and CBD/Tomey are very honest hard working companies neither have ever been accused of such a thing Jason *** is the authorized distributor for parts of Latin and South American this has nothing to do with CBD/Tomey USA and unfortunately have no control of him. Next I will do my best to help you as much as I can If your complaint is valid it sounds like fraud to me and If I were you I would contact the State Banking commission in Utah since Jason lives in that state that organization would be a great place to startWe have laws against these sort of things. I am not sure why Shigeki has not responded to you in this regard so I will ask him myself to do what he can from his endShigeki is a good man I have known him for many years I’m sure he will do his best to help out on his end.
