In response to a complaint dated 9/12/in regards to our insurance exam preparation
The attendee represented to the instructor during the program that they were understanding the information provided As for the early completion and long lunch period, the attendee requested to leave early and lunch periods are tied to starting times for individual sections of the program Our program has a live instructor and depends upon the attendees participation Due to the extended lunch breaks and early dismissal there was more then enough time to ask questions, cover information again and provide additional instruction The attendee must also monitor their understanding and absorption of the information Based on their scores, there was a substantial amount of information that these attendees missed. As clearly stated on the receipt signed by the attendee, fees are non-refundable but there is a free retake policy If these attendees would like to take advantage of the retake I would suggest they listen, ask question and make sure their understanding of the material is taking effect.FDH, INC.POBox 26303Honolulu, HI 96825*** ***

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The instructor assured us that we would retain the information if we completed the program. We did ask to leave earlybut the instructor never told us that we would be missing information or not completing the course. Mr. F[redacted] was not aware that the instructor was takinga hour and a half lunch and ending early. The course was supposed to end at 5pm and it ended at 3:30pm on the first day. He admitted that he needed to work on this with the instructor. I was concerned about retaining any information since the instructor was reviewing the material very fast, but he assured us that it would all come together in the end. Clearly, with both attendees not passing the exam, the instructor and course needs improvement. Mr. F[redacted] did know that we would not want to retake the course because the instructor and material would be the same. He knew this would be a waste of our time and not something we would be interested in.
