The company seams to enforce the rental terms to their personal discretion. I have rented a vehicle from this establishment twice prior to this incident. The two prior times the process was quite easy and fast... overall a positive experience. However the third time a different associate completely disregarded me and my questions and concerns, twice on the same day, same visit. The act had not stood out as unprofessional since it was a busy day. However the second time around the same associate was helping an African American like himself, I overheard as he quept on asking and making sure his customer service was up to standard. But a few seconds after dealing with this customer, it was my turn again. As I was asking question he simply walked away from me. He didn't bother to say excuse me or anything. When he came back to the counter I was still waiting since he had not answered my questions. He completely dismissed me and called the next customer up. Now, at this point is obvious that racial preference plays a part in the kind of customer service provided. I was very offended and was not helped at all.
