FCC Towing

In regards to the complaint ***, the vehicle was towed in by FCC Towing Incon 7/12/which was a police towThe reason for the tow was the fact that it was unregistered and parked on a public roadway in which you can not have an unregistered vehicle on a public roadwayWe also towed the
vehicle on a flatbedWhen the customer came in to pick up his vehicle he stated that the damage was never thereWe have a a state bonded license appraiser on site, we had the appraiser come and inspect the vehicle and he had said tat it was clearly old damage and that it was impossible for a flatbed to do that kind of damage considering that you need room to put the bed down of the flatbed to load it on top of the bedHe also was complaining because of the tow bill, he didn't want to pay for the bill, he simply wanted money taken off the bill in which we refusedFrom what you can see from the pictures that it is clearly old damage it has all kinds of grooves in the bumper and the metal clips are all rusted out underneath the bumper and you can clearly see that there wasn't and hasn't been for years , and it was towed from public roadway for being unregistered
