I ordered a gift, and it came from this shipping dept, a clear bait-and-switch. There is no way to get in touch or return the item. They took me for $70.

I can't get a hold of this company. They keep sending me this small rolls of toilet paper. I don't want them and I don't want to be charged. It's not coming from Amazon as I checked my Amazon account. Has anyone had this problem with FBM of Bell California?

Product is falsely advertised using Costa sunglasses advertisement then supply a completely different product, example glass lenses are all plastic and styles purchased are completely different that want is supplied.

Ordered Angel Soft(9mega rolls times 4 packs, 36 rolls total) toilet paper and was sent 2 tiny pks of tissues
I ordered on line 4 packs each containing 9 mega rolls Angel Soft toilet paper. I paid $30.00 plus $15.00 shipping. This was 2 months ago. Today I received 2 tiny packs of tissues. I want the toilet paper I ordered. They scammed me and in these desperate times. I have no toilet paper and can't get any.
