Ms*** is correct my contract said I would repair minor cracks and remove the layer of paint that was currently on the floor As I was grinding the floor I constantly brought me *** down to the basement to explain to him when grinding massive cracks were showing up under the many
layers of paint that hid the cracks (linear ft of cracks) I have many pictures to show as well as were ms *** wrote the word water on the walls in areas of water issues I went above and beyond repairing these cracks and taking very good care of the ***s floor Unfortunately when all was said and done vapor issues arose after the floor was done and the customer was satisfied completely with the work I also forgot to mention that the job was done in days with customer satisfaction When the issues arose with the bubbles coming up from the vapor issues and especially where they wrote water on the walls I came and repaired while also taking care of the next customers I repaired this floor multiple times and used my own funds and over $of extra products to help them out This was not good enough and when asking ms trainer that the hollow underneath her floors and vapor issues are the issues and with out her taking care of these issues I have done all I can do I have offered to go back after the 1st of the year and have received confirmation from her husband Eric
