Fay's Sports Memorabilia

Review: This was a small operation that popped up at our local mall for the holiday season. They are selling sports items such as tee ss, jerseys, hats, and other sports affiliated trinkets. Most of the items in the store are official merchandise of MLB, NBA or the NFL but there are items that look like the real deal but they are knock offs. We bought a camo Steelers snap-back hat. After we got home I took it out of the bag and really looked at it because the Steeler's logo seemed off. It was a knock off, no-name brand that had the Steeler's logo stitched onto it but the lettering was off and so was the alignment of the sparks within the logo. It was a disappointment once we realized we'd purchased a non-official product. Isn't there an infringement law or unlawful reproduction law they are breaking by selling these reproductions? Desired Settlement: It would be awesome to get a replacement cap that is the official merchandise of the NFL as we originally thought.
