In regards to the letter that was sent to Fayette Honda with the assignment # [redacted], it has come to our attention that the price for the 2010 Honda Ridgeline was listed wrong by our website provider. $14,995 was the price for our 2006 Honda Ridgeline not the...
2010 Ridgeline which should have had a price tag of $24,995. As soon as we realized that our web provider listed the 2006 Ridgeline price to the 2010 Ridgeline we immediately took the proper steps to update our website with the corrected amounts. When Mr. [redacted] contacted our dealership about purchasing the 2010 Ridgeline we quickly informed him of our mistake with the price and gave him the corrected price and we apologized to him for any inconvenience that it may have caused. We were aware that he lives several states away and did not want him to make the long trip to our dealership for a vehicle that we could not sell him at the incorrect price so we made sure he knew the price of the 2010 Ridgeline was $24,995 not $14995. This was not a case of bait and switch, it was an honest mistake made by our web provider and corrected by our dealership as soon as it was brought to our attention.

Review: This company advertised on the Internet ([redacted]'s site) truck for sale on 3/31/14 - 4/2/14 at 14,995 and after 3 days when I tried to buy it they raise the price to 24,000, saying they put in the wrong price.
