I placed an order for a few (Buddha Figurine) party favors on the above date. Upon placing my order I realized the product would not be delivered in time for my event. I immediately started a “Live Chat” message explaining my issue; in hopes of canceling my entire order. The “Live Chat” sent back a message stating - no one was available and they would get back to me upon regular business hours. I received an email the following Monday stating the below:

We will go ahead and cancel the order for you.
Please allow 3-5 business days to see the refund in your account.

Communication was great up until this point. I waited almost 2wks for my account to be refunded; at this point I have no product or refund. I made several attempts to rectify situation; sent (2) "live chat" messages and (1) personal phone call on 5/**/15. All instances led up to the same exact person "M"; apologizing and reassuring me that this situation will be taken care of by ([redacted]).
As of 5/**/15, even though "M" stated she would personally take care of my refund on 5/**/15 – I have not received any emails or phone calls from her or the company since then.Desired Settlement: After investigating further, although their site seems elaborate, I noticed there is no company address or formal corresponding (first/last) name to their "sales or customer service" person(s). It's been over 3 weeks and I definitely believe I've been scammed. They seem to give you the runaround until you either give up or it’s too late to pursue the issue. All I want is my refund; if not, I want to share my experience so that everyone is aware that this company is false. If they weren’t false, my refund would have been taken care of weeks ago like any other reputable and respectable company would have done.
