I am rejecting this response because:statements in the business responseI have attached the email trail between the software company and me and the web page of the company advertising that the software includes stitches for crochet Please note on the email dated 3/12/at 11:PM that the software program admittedly does not contain a usable crochet stitch set as advertised on the web pageThere is not a problem with my computer or my specific download Please also note that my emails and concerns were not answered until after the complaint was made I would like this issue closed please I have received a refund for the full amount to my paypal account which is a fair My preference would have been to have a workable software program for crochet and if the company would have been honest and forthright in their responses, a complaint could have been easily avoidable

We have processed a refund for this customer while this issued is being investigated.  A complete crochet stitch-set is currently available for Intwined Pattern Studio, although for some unknown reason a few of the crochet stitches appear to be "missing" when the stitch-set is installed on...

the customer's computer.  We have also responded to several of this customers emails directly, with limited success.  We hope that that giving this customer a refund will help improve communication in our attempts to resolve the issue this customer is experiencing.

Review: Software is advertised as a design tool for knit and crochet. I need a design tool for crochet. After downloading the software, I found it is only for knit with the addition of crochet stitches possible in a future update. I have sent multiple emails to the company to try to get resolution by either adding the necessary crochet stitches or giving a refund. The name of the software is Intwined Pattern Studio, intwinedstudio.com. I have tried very hard to work with the company and resolve this on my own, but cannot get response to emails or a solution. I would appreciate a refund of $44.00 since the software advertising is false and misleading.Desired Settlement: Refund of $44.00 paid to PayPal account.
