Employees were very unprofessional in the way they dressed, and in the manner in which they conducted themselvesMy device was sent and kept for repairs of a simple virus removal and keyboard replacement for over three weeksAfter asking about why it was taking so long they said that I could most likely pick it up that eveningI then explained that I was in desperate need of it because of being a student.They later called me and said they were going to replace the hard drive at no extra cost because of the replacement of the keyboardI picked up my computer the following afternoon, had it a little less than a week and the hard drive failedThey refused to fix it stating that they did not cover liquid damageI know exactly where and how my computer was keptIt did not come in contact with any liquid hereThe young lady who came out to wait on me had a bag of chips and was wiping her face offThe man said that they are not allowed to eat or drink in the work area, but that is not the case or either they just disregard the rules and regulations hereIt is my belief that the reason my computer was kept for so long was so that they could find a temporary fix to my problem, in order to get the computer to me and make it look as though it happened while in my care
