Review: When hired to replace ball joints in my truck Mr. [redacted] caused more damage by pounding in a ball joint that was not one of the parts purchased for my truck, I told him if there was a problem let me know and he failed to do so. He had my truck for two days for a two hour job all he could tell me is I'm almost done. Now I cannot drive my truck because he has made it unsafe to drive .I bought the parts and paid him 120.00.When asked what he was going to do to make it right he said nothing, Then I discover he is running a business without a license. He was referred with a good reference. And informed me he worked for [redacted] repair service. Our agreement was oral not written.Desired Settlement: I believe since his actions caused further damage that he should pay for all repairs that are needed to get my truck safe again. But not by him he should have to pay for a licensed mechanic to make repairs on my truck that are necessary to make it safe again.
