Five clear emails, six polite phone messages later - I received zero communication. Silence. Either send me my parts or send me my refund!?! At the very least they could communicate with their customers whose money they have.
Tried sending message about the return more than once and never heard back from anyone! Now I see that they have added a long list of items that they do not accept returns on. That list was not there before. Feel like this is nothing but a scam!
I placed Order #56376 on 9/23/2019 for a Kohler 85086-CP flush lever. My credit card was charged promptly but neither the item nor any communication was received. I have contacted Faucet Shark at least 3 times to date. A formal complaint with authorities is in order and will be filed shortly.

Horrible company, just like all the other reviews say. They took the payment and never delivered the product, and do not respond to any form of communication. If ever in Chicago I'll stop into the store and have a "chat ".
If there was a zero star rating this would be more appropriate. I am a facility maintenance director for our local YMCA and was trying to get shower handles for our facility. Faucet Shark was quick to charge my credit card, but failed to deliver or communicate when delivery would be expected. The order I placed was back on September 23rd and the date now is Oct 29th and I still have not received the product. I tried calling the number on the web site several times and emailed the company. Due to the lack of response, I do not think anyone works in the customer service department of this company. I received my credit card statement the other day and it shows they took the money. What a way to treat a non-profit organization. Great Customer Service, NOT!

I placed an order over a week ago, my credit card charged and I have not heard anything from you. I'll wait another week before I cancel my order and get my refund.
If you live in Chicago and can go into the store you might be okay, but if you order something online you will be lucky to get your order.
I ordered a part online from them months ago and it still has not shipped. I have called and called and called and called and never once has anyone answered the phone. I have left message after message after message after message, and no one has ever returned my phone calls. I recently tried contacting them via email hearing some customers had gotten a response that way, but no luck there either.
When looking online I see bunches of complaints and find that the BBB has given them the boot and no longer allows them to be a member do to the number of complaints and the number of unresolved complaints.
If you can walk into the store and buy what you want, this place might be fine, but if you are looking to buy something online, don't hold your breath you will ever receive it. Some day it might arrive, but since the company doesn't respond to phone calls or emails I'm not optimistic.
Buyer beware - Faucet Shark adheres to a return policy that requires return within 10 days. This is far too strict for the types of products they sell given the high likelihood that a contractor will have to be arranged to install the product. I got stuck with an unused Dornbracht ceramic valve that was $90. Shark indeed!

I ordered an item on January 1, 2019. As of January 18 I have not received the product. Despite emails to the appropriate Faucet Shark customer email box and at least 3 voicemails left, I have had no response.
The cost of the item was debited from my account on Jan 1, but as of now I have no product, no update on the status of my order, and no response to my multiple inquiries with the company.
I strongly advise shoppers avoid Faucet Shark.
