Showed up with my mustang for an alignment set up. Guy at the counter said they had an open spot if I was ok with waiting. It would be $140 and 2 hour wait. I decided why not and turned over the car. It took 4 and a half hours to tell me the front was out of alignment and I had a bent inner tie rod. They said they could install a new one for a grand total of $550......... they wanted $90 for the tie rod which after checking everyone else in the area charged $25 to $40 for the same brand. That amount of labor and upcharge for a part and one hour of labor is rediculous. He then said if I installed it myself and had them align he would take $300 off. $300 for less than an hour work. I declined so at the end of. I spend $55 and 4 1/2 hours just to get told I have a slightly bent tie rod.
