Review: We purchased an [redacted] floor from Father & Son in October of 2010. Within 4 years it the color started to wear off. At first, it was slight, but by November it was really noticeable. It is only happening in the traffic area. The floor is guaranteed for light commercial use for 10 years. In November, we contacted them and the one of the owners, [redacted] came out in early December and took pictures. He said that the floor was covered and there was nothing we did wrong. There is no furniture on the floor - it is not an eat-in kitchen. We only walk on it. So, here we are 4 months later - at least 12 phone calls - always being told that he would get back to us. He he rarely does....so we call again..he said he's working on it - it will be 7 days, 2 weeks,..etc. We are getting the runaround and are fully prepared to take them to small claims court.Desired Settlement: We want the floor replaced with a product that won't have this problem, if that's not possible,we want a full refund.
