I was out their two times since the first attempt to do the repair and I explained to Ms *** That the repair is warranted for a period of years and that I will Stop her leak for her since the past week its been down pouring over here and I explained to her that the roof is wet and needs to dry

I am rejecting this response because:I really should not have to have a company come out multiple times to fix the problem. It wasn't done right the first time, or the second, or even the third. Everytime it rains I have more damage inside my home. I could have gone up there with a silicone caulking gun for $50.00 if I wanted a half done job. Mr. W[redacted] indicated in this message that he would be here last week to fix once again, and it doesn't appear that he did. He never contacted me to arrange to come out and I still have leaks. Again, I'll reiterate, if he couldn't do the job and fix the problem, he should not have took my money. He should have just said it can't be fixed.
