We had invested a lot of money in re-soding most of our lawn after having a pool installed. We hired Father and Sons to lay fertilizer and weed killer/preventor to ensure our investment was properly maintained and to control weeds in the existing lawn as they came highly recommended. Initially, things seemed to go well as the weeds (mostly dollar weeds) in the existing lawn were killed off. However, after a few months, it seemed the application was no longer affective as I now have a large number of weeds springing up. I spent quite a while pulling weeds which is not how I want to spend my day.
Their service turned out to be inadequate and their customer service is very poor. I would not recommend them at all. There are many other companies out there. Give someone else a try.
After having our service for 4 months the customer stated they were unhappy with the level of weed control in the lawn and would like to cancel the service. We provided 5 lawn applications during the 4 months the customer had the service but only charged the customer for 3.
The customer's expectations for having no weeds in their lawn were higher than our service could provide and the service was canceled per the customer's request.
Their information is inaccurate. I paid for all but one service. They gave me one month free as a courtesy for an error in their billing. They had my information entered incorrectly in their system. They were hired to keep my lawn weed free and looking good. My expectations were in-line with the service I hired them for.

3/23/20 initial service
4/6/20 follow up service done on the technician's initiative (no charge).
4/17/20 April scheduled service.
5/11/20 May scheduled service
6/8/20 June scheduled service.
As the customer stated, when we did not receive payment for April's service, we contacted the customer and discovered we had the wrong billing information. We then agreed to delete the charge for that month as a courtesy so the customer would not have to pay for two months of service at one time.
Not receiving 100%contracted services
Twice now I never received full services I am paying for. Contacted office and the girl answering phone took information and said she would contact me with response, never called back, just received bill in the mail for full service.

We reached out to Mr. immediately after receiving notice of complaint from the Revdex.com. Mr. stated that he had no complaints about the condition of lawn, his main concern was he still had ants in his yard and although he was receiving scheduled services he felt the service was not performed to his satisfaction. We subsequently canceled his service per his request and removed the charge for his last service
I have been a customer for more than one year. My lawn was in rough shape. Lots of weeds and pests. Today I have a green lawn with very few weeds and no pest issues. Customer service has always been professional, friendly, and each crew answered all my questions. I am very happy with this company and strongly recommend to anyone in the Florida Panhandle area.
